Thinking of Ella this morning singing,
Summertime, when the livin' is easy . . .
I tend to love all the seasons and battle
in my own heart about which one is my
fave. Still, I would have to say that right
now with two feet of snow outside and
seven feet ice cycles hanging from the
roof, Summer is def my fave!
Love the summer heat, sitting outside,
the neighbors dropping by for a cold
one, backdoor parties and long, lazy
evenings. Just love seeing people in
the street or sitting on decks. And, the
weather isn't a point of interest should
you wish to go out.
Summer is an awakening, a resurgence,
if you will, a true returning to life! It's
rather a shame we complain about the
heat when just around the corner it's a
minus three degrees on the thermometer.
Musing about power of positive thinking.
Perhaps I'll just positive think summer
whilst I walk through two feet of snow
to the car!

can hardly wait til summer
roast me alive please
