I am recalling this day exactly twenty
years ago. Being New Year's Day, I was
off work and much enjoying it. And then,
I got a phone call that would change my
future forever. My old childhood friend
rang up, said he was in the neighborhood
and wanted to see me. I literally jumped
up and down at the thought of going back
in time, as it were.
It was glorious to see him and wonderful
to catch up. As we went to school together
from 1st to 10th grades, we did plenty of
reminiscing as well It wasn't long before
romance bloomed and we've been together
ever since. Who says you can never go
home?!
remembering you
completes our circle of time
pray time never ends
