For my sins, seems I ever and
always make the effort to live
in those two impossible days!
I cry over the spilt milk of
yesterdays and stress out about
the morrows. Go figure . . .
Methinks we all get this, those
simple words of the Dalai Lama.
Yet, there is a great distance
between getting them and doing
them.
There's naught wrong with a
look back and planning forward.
But, It's so important to live in
our todays!
Not quite sure how to get there.
Maybe, it's all about bringing
our minds into the play of the
moment. Easier said than done,
but well worth the while.
I swear, I'm going to make that
effort to live and enjoy today.
Harder said than done, I bet . . .
