My heart is sooooo full . . .
My children celebrated my
Mother's Day yesterday.
I've never seen the like!
My son-in-law began
cooking for the day when
he got home from work on
Thursday.
Coming in yesterday with
hoards of food, again he
cooked for several hours.
Presentation, for starters,
was simply stunning. Just
made my mouth water.
But, ohhhhh the flavors!!!
Vegetable filled enchiladas,
unbelievable! And the chili
he made from scratch. Add
two additional chili salsas
that I would sell my soul
for and you have food for
the gods!
I ate calmly, enjoying each
and every bite. Of course,
I had to have seconds. We
were all wowed, make no
mistake!
Oh how I adore my kids!
And my son-in-law is the
best chef E V E R !!!
