Love her, like her words and surely
'tis who all of us wish to be when
we grow up!
I've ever and always wanted to make
a difference. It matters and it matters
to me! And, don't think for a moment
that it's putting myself down to be
concerned about this.
Sooooo, time to get a move on. How
to go about it is the question, what
with be a hundred years old and all.
The image that always prevails in
my case is the concentric circle.
Think of it this way . . . we each
stand in the midst of a concentric
circle. Some circles are larger, some
smaller. But, they all overlap. This
would mean that if we each do what
we can, our circles, our love, our acts
will cover the entire universe.
For me, that might mean write letters
and notes, send cards, invite a hurting
soul to lunch, give small donations.
So, I'm going to stop worrying about
what I can't do, what others do, and
simply do my best in my own space.
