I've been ever so lucky
in family and friendship.
Obviously, we can lose
track of friends due to
geographical moves and
other impediments.
Still, I have been ever so
blest. And, I have only
known betrayal a couple
of times.
Methinks the important
message would be to love,
to give and worry a great
deal less about what might
come back . . .
