Alas, my fam and pals
would be the first to
tell you I can't seem to
keep still.
I recall as a child . . .
jumping up constantly.
Couldn't seem to sit
still.
Perhaps aging will quiet
the ole bod!
Now seriously, this is
indeed an important
message. Stillness is a
gift to the soul and must
be learned.
And as we are reminded,
'tis never to late to learn.
I'm working on it . . .
