Sooooo wish I could
learn this skill!

My nervous system 
dances to the point
where my entire bod
shakes!

What does it take? 

   -Long walks? 
   -Meditation? 
   -Mind power? 

I've tried all of the 
above, but now I'm just
a tad impatient. 

Perhaps I should simply
accept that being a nervous
wreck is part of my own
demeanor. 

Just accept yourself and
get over it already!!!
