Today, we celebrate Lughnasadh!
This is one of my fave sabbat
celebrations. Most likely we'll
have some rain but friends put
up a tent we can dive under.
We'll spend an hour chatting
and catching up with the odd
glass of champagne. Then we
will have our ceremony . . .
simply a circle of sisters sharing.
I so look forward to this each
year.
Then, a fun potluck, in which
our guys are welcome to join.
Sooooo love me some Lughnasadh!

marking the beginning of the
harvest season. It is held on
August 1st about halfway
between the Summer Solstice
and the Autumn Equinox."
