Mother Earth gifted
me such a wondrous
b-day pressie yesterday.
Elk were everywhere;
I mean everywhere.
Especially precious
were the babies, still
not real steady on
their feet. Talk about
adorable!
Then, a while later,
the yard filled with
deer. We have Mule
Deer up here; they're
my cup of tea.
Methinks Mother is
alive and well . . .
. . . obviously angry
re how we're treating
her earth.
Can't help but wonder
what it will take for
us to get a clue!
