I like to think I always
have.
Having said that, I'd
have to confess . . .
in my elder years, I so
enjoy the those little
things.
Sun rises and sets,
morning dew on the
ground, stars coming
out, an unexpected
visit.
Obviously, one can't
go back. But, so wish
'midst the hurry of
those days, I had seen
more, noticed more.
Perhaps this is yet
another gift of aging . . .
