I find myself thinking
of all my girls . . .
. . . Linda, Katie, Emily
Sarah and Jennifer . . .
. . . all fab moms!
Lovely to be especially
remembered on this day,
but what moves me are
those little daily acts
reminding me I am
loved by my children.
That phone call out of
the blue, a sweet card in
the mail, an unexpected
gift, an email.
Methinks the children
are beyond busy with
their own. They must
feel as I once did . . .
overworked beyond
the pale.
I send each of you love
and courage. I thank the
Universe for you.
